TUTORIAL - Avid Media Composer- Taking your audio via OMF to mix in Apple's Soundtrack Pro 2

I wrote an article in August of 2008 for the Digital Media Net, where I talked about taking a show that you have cut in Media Composer, and moving the audio over to Soundtrack Pro 2 to do your audio mix. I received an e-mail from a reader who said he was having no end of problems moving from MC to STP, so I thought I would do a video tutorial of how easy it is. Check it out!

There is something that is very important to point out, and that is that the Media Composer is a tricky program to work with, from the standpoint of, if you don't have the proper version of QuickTime running with the correct version on Media Composer, you can run into problems. If you have drivers for other software installed, that the Media Composer doesn't like, you could run into problems. This tutorial was done with Media Composer version 3.0.5 (on OS X) and Soundtrack Pro version 2.0.2.
